| The big American Hollywood products are generally present in our film culture. Moreover, they determine our perception of American cinema. That is why we tend to forget that there also is a flourishing short film industry overseas, in which many fine shorts are produced and several short film festivals are organized. The ISFFL arranged 2 compilations according to the well-tried and approved formula: a mix of recent festival hits as well as personal favourites, with films by well-known film makers as well as by new talent. |
