PROGRAMME ISFFL 2009
THE LABO
The 2 compilations and the expo that together form the Labo program have, in spite of their differences, one thing in common: they focus on adventurous, mostly non-narrative work, on new techniques and unusual styles of narration. It is no traditional cinema, but this does not mean that the selection will be highbrow. This year, the Labo consists of more serious work as well as many playful clips, bits & pieces.

WORK & PLAY

The first Labo selection can be described as “visual fiddling”. An up-tempo mix of original stop motion films, graphic experiments, abstract videos, technical fireworks and other eye candy made with a lot of enthusiasm and pleasure.
